Comfort and Joy - Heartfelt Creation DT

inspiration made for Heartfelt Creation DT




Products Used



Instructions: Die cut Intricate Swirl Die twice from white cardstock. Apply glue along the top edge and adhere two pieces together to create your card base. Die cut an additional piece from red paper from the collection and adhere that on top of the card base. Die cut Starry Night Decorative rounded die from white cardstock and place on the top of card using foam adhesive. From same collection die cut the decorative edge die and adhere along bottom using foam adhesive. Cut an image from paper collection to 3 1/8 x 5 1/4" and adhere onto card using foam adhesive.
Stamp candle using Candlelit Poinsettia Stamp Set on the white paper with Archival Jet Black ink, colour using StazOn Black Cherry, Memento Bamboo Leaves, and Archival Buttercup. Place in bottom left corner using adhesive foam. Stamp 4 holly garland from the Glow of Christmas Cling Stamp Set with Jet Black ink. Color using Memento Bamboo Leaves ink and die cut using coordinating dies.
To create flowers, stamp the Christmas Poinsettia & Holly Cling Stamp Set on white paper with Jet Black Archival ink and die cut using the coordinating dies. Colour the poinsettias with StazOn Black Cherry using a sponge dauber. Colour the holly leaves with Memento Bamboo Leaves ink. You will need three petals for each flower, using assorted sizes. After colouring, place the flowers and leaves into the mold face down and run through cutting/embossing machine. Adhere the flowers to the holly leaves using clear adhesive. Sponge the petals and leaves with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla's Crystal Clear glitter. Pierce the center and glue in some stamens using hot glue gun.
Fussy cut a sentiment ticket from paper collection and place onto the card using adhesive foam strips. Arrange flowers and leaves around as shown, using foam adhesive and hot glue.
